About me…

Hi, I'm Chik'n, the artist behind Chik'n Tattoos. With a background in Visual Communication Design I bring a unique perspective to each piece, ensuring that your ideas and emotions are translated into lasting art.

I began tattooing in 2017 and paused when I moved to the U.S. in 2018. Upon returning to tattooing in 2024, I had the opportunity to refine my approach while working alongside Chris Sage, an experience that helped shape my values around precision, creativity, and professionalism.

My approach is rooted in listening and collaborating — working closely with each client to create tattoos that feel intentional and unique. Whether it is a small symbol or a detailed piece, I aim to create work that is both visually strong and personally meaningful. I bring a thoughtful perspective to each design, ensuring your ideas and emotions are translated into lasting art.

I’ve been tattooing for over 3 years. I started in 2017, took a break after 2018, and got back to it in 2024.
I started tattooing in 2017 in Cuba, first practicing on oranges and pork skin, just like YouTube tutorials suggested. This not beig enough I jumped quickly into tattooing myself and some friends. Little by little, I connected with other tattoo artists on the island, asking questions and learning from their experience. In 2024, I went under the mentorship of Chris Sage, which really helped me grow. Since then, I’ve worked at Skye Ink with some other talented tattoo artists.
